Renaissance Capital is licensed to perform broker-dealer, underwriting and custodial activities on the Ukrainian stock market. The Firm trades Ukrainian government, municipal and corporate securities on its own behalf and for its clients.

It is a member of self-regulatory bodies such as the First Stock Trading System Association (PFTS), the Professional Association of Registrars and Depositaries (PARD) and the PFTS Stock Exchange. The firm is the founding member of the Ukrainian Exchange (UX).
