Stephen Jennings
Mr. Jennings is responsible for the overall strategic direction of Renaissance Capital and the other companies that make up the Renaissance Group, including Renaissance Investment Management, Renaissance Credit and Renaissance Partners.

As one of the founders of Renaissance Capital in 1995, Mr. Jennings was actively involved in building the Firm's investment banking and securities sales and trading businesses. He played a key role during the early years of the Firm's development, including serving as Head of Investment Banking, Head of Sales, and Chief Operating Officer. Today Mr. Jennings is Chairman and CEO of Renaissance Group.

Prior to establishing Renaissance Capital, Mr. Jennings served as Co-Head of Credit Suisse First Boston (Moscow) from 1992 to 1995. In this role, he was directly responsible for Credit Suisse First Boston's investment banking during a period when CSFB was recognised as the dominant market player in developing and executing pioneering transactions in the Russian marketplace. In 1992, Mr. Jennings led the State Property Committee's pilot voucher auctions, a project that established the foundations for the creation of Russia's capital markets. Subsequently, he has worked on numerous landmark financings and M&A transactions in Russia and throughout the CIS, many of which have won professional awards and commendations.

Before coming to Russia in 1992, Mr. Jennings was with Credit Suisse First Boston in London, where he worked on investment banking and privatisation transactions in Central and Eastern Europe. Previously, he worked for Credit Suisse First Boston and the Treasury in New Zealand, advising the New Zealand and Australian governments on privatization and state enterprise restructuring and working on a wide variety of private sector M&A and capital markets transactions.

Mr. Jennings earned his Bachelor of Business Studies degree from Massey University and holds an M.Phil. in Economics with first class honours from the University of Auckland.
Hans Jochum Horn

Mr. Horn is responsible for all operational matters at the Group. He also participates in business development across all product lines, with a special focus on the CIS markets, Scandinavia and Germany.

Prior to joining Renaissance Capital, Mr. Horn was Managing Partner of Ernst & Young's Russia and CIS operations and a member of the firm's Global Council from 2002 to 2005. Mr. Horn came to Moscow in 1990 to establish Arthur Andersen's Russian practice. For fifteen years, he was the leader of a fast-growing audit and advisory firm and successfully implemented the integration of Ernst & Young's and Andersen's CIS practices in 2005. Mr. Horn has been a frequent advisor to the government, ministries and regional authorities of Russia and other CIS countries.

Mr. Horn is a Diplom Kaufmann graduate of the University of Mannheim and a State Authorized Public Accountant from Norway. He has served as Chairman of the Norwegian Association of MBA Graduates, is a founding member of the German Chamber of Commerce in Russia and was President of Junior Achievement Russia.

Alexander Pertsovsky
Mr. Pertsovsky is responsible worldwide for the day-to-day management of Renaissance Capital, overseeing M&A, equity, debt, structured solutions and derivatives in all core markets.

Prior to his appointment as CEO, Mr. Pertsovsky served as the Deputy CEO of Renaissance Capital responsible for the firm's global institutional securities business.

Before joining Renaissance Capital in 2002, Mr. Pertsovsky was CEO of Rinaco Plus, which he founded in 1992. Prior to Russia's 1998 market crisis, Rinaco Plus was the domestic equity market leader, with the largest turnover among all market participants. After 1998, Mr. Pertsovsky orchestrated the merger of Rinaco Plus with Nikoil Investment Group where he served as Managing Director and Board member, responsible for the merged company's brokerage operations. Mr. Pertsovsky received his MBA from Columbia University in 2002. He earned a Master's Degree in Applied Mathematics from the Moscow Institute of Radio, Engineering and Automation in 1991.
Ruben Aganbegyan

Ruben Aganbegyan
Mr. Aganbegyan is responsible for Renaissance Group’s asset management business and client relationships in Russia and the CIS.

Ruben joined Renaissance Capital in 2002 and has been instrumental in building the leading investment banking and finance practice in Russia and the CIS. He was appointed CEO of Renaissance Capital Russia in 2007. He was named CEO of RIM in January 2009.

Before joining Renaissance Group, Ruben was Head of Investment Banking at Troika Dialog, a Russian investment bank. From 1997 to 2002, he was Co-Head of Russian coverage at Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB), where he participated in the post-crisis restructuring of assets that totaled more than USD 2 billion. At CSFB, he also managed relations with key clients including RAO UES, Gazprom and the City of Moscow. Prior to joining CSFB, Ruben was at the international law firm Clifford Chance. He started his career in 1992 at PriceWaterhouse.

Ruben graduated from Moscow State Legal Academy in 1995.
Peter McNulty

Peter Mcnulty
Mr. McNulty joined Renaissance Group in 2008 and leads the finance function across all business units and geographies.
Prior to joining Renaissance Group, Mr. McNulty was at Barclays Capital where since 2002 he was based in Hong Kong and served as CFO for the firm’s Asia Pacific operations encompassing 13 offices. Before joining Barclays Capital, Mr. McNulty performed senior roles at CSFB in Melbourne, London and Singapore.
Mr. McNulty started his career at Deloitte in Dublin where he qualified as an Associate Chartered Accountant.
Anna Vyshlova

Anna Vyshlova
Mrs.Vyshlova is responsible for all îperational matters of the Renaissance Capital. She is leading the Firm's infrastructure projects, including Africa expansion. She also participates in business development across all product lines.

Mrs. Vyshlova joined the firm in November 1997 as Database Maintenance Clerk. She has held various positions in Risk Management, Treasury and Operations until she was named Head of Operations in 2003. In 2006 she took the position of Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director for Renaissance Capital.

She graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University, faculty of Applied Mathematics.
