Results Renaissance Capital traded 329 ruble bonds and 172 Eurobonds in the first half of 2007. This year the firm managed the largest private sector CLN issue worth USD 280 mln for Ritzio International. In June 2007 Renaissance Capital was a joint book-runner in placing the debut USD 300 mln Eurobond of Commercial Bank Renaissance Capital, the largest debut Eurobond issue by a Russian privately-owned bank to date. Besides, this summer Renaissance was the lead manager for Teorema Holding Company’s simultaneous USD 75 mln CLN consent solicitation and a USD 148 mln tap that allowed the company to raise financing quickly and efficiently.
