Highlights The Firm has served as global coordinator and bookrunner for some of the largest IPOs and has been involved in more equity transactions than any other investment bank in the region. We have managed IPOs — several exceeding more than $1 billion — on domestic and international exchanges, including New York, London, Stockholm, Frankfurt and Zurich. The Firm provides innovative and sophisticated structured equity products to our clients, including derivatives, equity-linked notes and synthetic instruments. We are also leaders in providing prime brokerage services to hedge funds and other clients. In 2007, Renaissance Capital acted as a bookrunner for VTB’s $8 billion IPO, the largest IPO in the world so far this year. The Firm has also been involved in equity placements for two Nigerian financial institutions, Access Bank and UBA.
