Results Renaissance Capital was the joint global coordinator for the first Russian company to go public — the Russian telecom VimpelCom, which listed on the NYSE in 1996. Since then, the Firm has managed more than 30 IPOs and equity offerings for Russian, Ukrainian and other CIS companies — more than any other domestic or international investment bank operating in the CIS. In 2006, Renaissance Capital managed two $1billion+ IPOs — one for pipe manufacturer TMK and the other for Comstar, one of Russia’s leading telecom operators.
