Also in 2006, Renaissance Capital advised TMK on a $1.3 billion leveraged buyout of the 33 percent minority stake in the company by TMK Steel. Then in October 2006, Renaissance Capital served as the lead manager for the company’s $1.07 billion London IPO, which was 19 times oversubscribed.
